CM BS Yediyurappa desperate to act in a movie

'Ranadheera' BS Yediyurappa, the Chief Minister of Karnataka, has said that he is desperate to act in movies and he is looking for a right opportunity. Yeddi wants to star in movie that deals with lives of revolutionaries like 'Chatrapathi Shivaji' and 'Bhagat Singh'.

The Chief Minister was talking to Golden girl Ramya in a joint interview to the daily news paper Vijay Karnataka and Kannada TV channel Suvarna. Yeddi says that he was very crazy about watching Kannada movies during his college days. Sometimes, he used to watch three movies a day. The song 'Adisi Nodu Beelisi Nodu' of Dr. Rajkumar starrer Kasturi Nivasa is his favourite song. He likes to watch Dr. Raj and Kalpana starrer movies.

These days, BS Yediyurappa hardly watches movies in theatre, because he would not get time to visit theatres due to his busy schedules. So he would watch movies on TV. Ramya starrer Amruthadhare is his favourite movie that he has watched in recent days.

CM BS Yediyurappa says, "I'm desperate to act in a movie. If I get a right opportunity, I would definitely debut in Kannada film industry. I want to play the role of revolutionaries like Chatrapathi Shivaji and Bhagat Singh." Talking about actress Ramya's performance, he says, "You've got beauty as well as wonderful acting skills. You'll definitely grow even more in the film industry."

When Ramya requested him to hum two lines of the song 'Adisi Nodu Beelisi Nodu', he refused to sing. However, Yediyurappa has revealed his burning desire of his college days. Will any producer come forward to offer a role to BS Yediyurappa?
